These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the qqq5 platform and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and qqq5. Acceptance of Terms

The agreement formed by your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is a legally binding contract. qqq5 reserves the right to take any and all actions permitted under these terms, including the suspension or permanent closure of your account, in the event of any breach of these terms by you.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the qqq5 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on each subsequent occasion that they access the platform:

Age Verification: qqq5 may require you to provide documentary proof of age at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation when requested will result in the immediate suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed or, if verification fails, the return of deposited funds minus any bonuses received.
qqq5 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and we reserve the right to report the matter to relevant authorities where required.

Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of qqq5 services, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the qqq5 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
Registration Requirements
When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.
You represent and warrant that all information you submit during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qqq5 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. qqq5 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.
You must notify qqq5 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. qqq5 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorised access remains your responsibility.
One Account Per Person
qqq5 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. This policy is enforced by cross-referencing registration details, device fingerprints, IP addresses, and payment methods. If duplicate accounts are identified, qqq5 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, transfer balances to the original account at its sole discretion, and void any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts.
Enable 2FA in your account security settings to add a second layer of protection. qqq5 strongly recommends this for all accounts, especially those with frequent deposits.
Creating more than one account is a serious breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated bonuses forfeited without notice.
Update your account details promptly if your mobile number, email, or address changes. Outdated contact information may delay withdrawal processing and verification.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits
qqq5 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. qqq5 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Deposits made from a payment method belonging to another person will be returned and your account may be suspended pending investigation.
Deposits are credited to your qqq5 account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. qqq5 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems, network outages, or your financial institution. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within 30 minutes, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your transaction reference.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests at qqq5 are processed as quickly as possible. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 30 seconds of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. qqq5 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include a copy of your National Identity Card (NID) and proof of ownership of the payment method being used. Withdrawals will not be processed to any payment method other than one previously used to make a deposit into your qqq5 account.
Currency
All transactions on the qqq5 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). qqq5 does not support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your payment provider are your responsibility.
Transaction Limits
qqq5 may impose transaction limits on individual accounts at its sole discretion, including for responsible gaming reasons, security concerns, or compliance requirements. You will be notified of any limits applied to your account.
Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are processed within 30 seconds on average, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
Submitting your NID and payment method proof in advance speeds up withdrawal processing. Accounts with pre-verified KYC experience the fewest delays.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal: ৳500. All transactions in BDT only. Own-name payment methods required.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
qqq5 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, deposit match promotions, reload offers, cashback schemes, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms & Conditions and to any specific terms attached to each individual offer at the time it is communicated to you.
Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all bonuses awarded at qqq5 carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, qualifying games, minimum odds, and time limits will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time frame will result in the expiry and forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonus Abuse
Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. qqq5 defines bonus abuse as any activity that exploits promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. This includes, without limitation: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts; coordinating with other players to artificially fulfil wagering requirements; placing offsetting bets to minimise risk while satisfying wagering conditions; or any other strategy that qqq5 reasonably determines to constitute abuse. Where bonus abuse is identified, qqq5 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close the offending account.
Promotion Eligibility
Promotions at qqq5 are available to eligible registered players only. qqq5 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion, to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to impose additional eligibility criteria where required. Players who have opted into self-exclusion are not eligible for any promotional offers during their exclusion period.
One Bonus Per Household
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one claim per household address, IP address, device, and payment method. qqq5 uses automated systems to detect and prevent multiple bonus claims from the same source.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

You Agree Not To:

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the qqq5 platform, its servers, or any database connected to it.
- Transmit any viruses, malware, ransomware, or other harmful code through or to the qqq5 platform.
- Engage in or facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the qqq5 platform. qqq5 is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
- Exploit any error, bug, or vulnerability in the platform software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
- Place bets in collusion with other players or with any insider knowledge of match-fixing or sporting fraud.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse qqq5 staff, agents, or other users of the platform.
- Misrepresent your identity or provide false information to qqq5 at any time.
- Attempt to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion order, or account limit imposed on your account.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML): qqq5 maintains an Anti-Money Laundering policy and is committed to detecting and preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any related criminal activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts, freeze balances, and report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities where we have reasonable grounds to suspect financial crime. Cooperation with any such investigation is a condition of account use.
Use of bots, automated betting scripts, or any non-human means to interact with qqq5 is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account closure.
qqq5 is committed to full compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Suspicious activity will be reported to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

Intellectual Property
All content on the qqq5 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game content, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of qqq5 or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Permitted Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the qqq5 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to download, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the qqq5 platform or its content without the prior written consent of qqq5.
Trade Marks: The qqq5 name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trade marks of qqq5. You may not use any qqq5 trade mark without prior written permission. All other trade marks appearing on the qqq5 platform are the property of their respective owners — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other game studio partners — and are used by qqq5 under licence.
Any unauthorised use of qqq5 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and could constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. qqq5 actively monitors for and pursues infringement of its intellectual property rights.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by You
You may close your qqq5 account at any time by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, qqq5 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Suspension or Closure by qqq5
qqq5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
- You have engaged in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusive betting.
- You are or were under 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Your account has been involved in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
- Continued operation of your account would expose qqq5 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
- You have requested self-exclusion through qqq5's responsible gaming tools.
In cases of account suspension pending investigation, qqq5 will freeze the account balance and will not process withdrawals until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation results in permanent closure for breach of terms, qqq5 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance where legally permissible.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to voluntarily exclude themselves from the qqq5 platform may do so via the self-exclusion tools available in the responsible gaming section of their account settings, or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, and permanent exclusion are available. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed until the full exclusion period has elapsed and a formal reinstatement request has been reviewed. Verified real-money balances are returned to your registered payment method when you voluntarily close your account. Bonus balances that have not cleared wagering requirements are forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

Odds Errors: In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, qqq5 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to your account. This right applies regardless of whether the outcome of the event in question has already been determined.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude qqq5's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

qqq5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes to these terms, we will notify registered users via email to the address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the qqq5 platform for a period of at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the qqq5 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
